Creator Programme Terms

These terms apply if Maargdarshan has given you a creator code. They are in addition to our ordinary Terms & Conditions, which continue to apply to you as a user. If you have not been given a code, nothing here concerns you.

1. What you earn

Anyone who signs up through your link or enters your code gets 20% off their first purchase. You earn:

• 25% of the amount we actually collect on that person’s first purchase; and
• 10% of what we collect on every later purchase that person makes for the next 12 months.

Commission is a share of money received, after the discount and before our own costs. It is not a share of profit, and it is not a fee — if nobody buys, nothing is owed to you and nothing is owed by you.

2. How a sale is credited to you

• A person is credited to you when they create an account through your link or with your code — not when they pay.
• Codes work for new customers only. Someone who has already bought from us cannot use your code.
• A customer belongs to one creator, permanently. The first code they use is the only one that will ever earn on them.
• You may use your own code. That is a genuine sale and you earn on it in the ordinary way.

3. Disclosure is mandatory

Because you are paid for sales, Indian advertising rules require you to disclose that connection on every post, story, reel or video that promotes Maargdarshan. A clear label such as “#ad”, “paid partnership”, or “I earn a commission” must be visible up front — not buried at the end of a caption, not in a comment, and not only in your bio.

This protects you as much as us. Undisclosed promotion is the single most common reason creators are penalised, and we will end a partnership over it.

4. What you must not claim

Maargdarshan is astrological guidance for personal reflection. It is not medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice, and it does not predict certainties. When promoting it you must not:

• promise or imply a guaranteed outcome — a marriage, a job, a child, a cure, a result;
• present readings as professional advice, or suggest anyone delay medical, legal, or financial help because of one;
• target the promotion at people in crisis, or at minors, or use fear of misfortune to pressure someone into buying;
• invent testimonials, fabricate screenshots, or attribute claims to us that we have not made;
• describe yourself as employed by, partnered with, or speaking officially for Maargdarshan AI Private Limited.

Our Astrology Disclaimer sets the line we hold ourselves to. Please do not make claims on our behalf that we would not make ourselves.

5. What you must not do with your code

• No coupon or deal sites. Do not submit your code to coupon aggregators, deal forums, cashback sites, or browser extensions. Those channels take credit for customers who had already decided to buy.
• No bidding on our name. Do not run paid search or social ads on “Maargdarshan”, misspellings of it, or ads that link directly to our site.
• No cashback deals. Do not offer to refund part of your commission to buyers, or run any arrangement that pays people to use your code.
• No spam. No bulk messaging, unsolicited DMs, comment spam, or automated posting.
• One code per person. Do not create additional accounts to obtain more codes.

6. When commission becomes payable

Commission is held for 14 days after the customer pays, then becomes available to withdraw. If a payment is refunded, reversed, or charged back at any time — including after you have been paid — the commission on it is cancelled and deducted from your balance. If your balance goes below zero, it is recovered from what you earn next.

7. Getting paid

You can withdraw once at least ₹500 has cleared. Payments are made by UPI to the ID you give us, normally within seven working days of a request. Give us a working UPI ID and keep it current — we cannot pay you without one, and we are not responsible for money sent to an incorrect ID you supplied.

Your balance is commission payable to you. It is not a wallet, it is not credit on the service, and unpaid balance earns no interest.

8. Tax

You are responsible for your own taxes on what you earn. Where Indian law requires it, we deduct tax at source on commission (Section 194H of the Income Tax Act) and pay it to the government on your behalf. Once your earnings in a financial year approach the statutory threshold we will ask for your PAN; if you do not provide one, the law requires us to withhold at the higher non-PAN rate or to hold payment until you do.

9. Ending the arrangement

Either of us may end this at any time, for any reason, with no notice required. You can ask us to close your code; we may pause or close it ourselves. On termination your code stops working immediately.

Commission you have genuinely earned before termination remains payable. Commission on sales obtained in breach of these terms — undisclosed promotion, coupon-site traffic, false claims, manufactured accounts — is forfeited, and we may recover amounts already paid on such sales.

10. We may change the programme

We may change the rates, the qualifying rules, or these terms. Material changes are reflected by an updated version date at the top of this page and, where we can, told to you directly. A change never reduces commission you have already earned. Continuing to promote Maargdarshan after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Our relationship

You take part as an independent person or business. This is not employment, agency, franchise, or partnership. You have no authority to make commitments, give guarantees, or enter agreements on behalf of Maargdarshan AI Private Limited, and you are responsible for what you publish. You may use our name and logo only to promote the service honestly, and must stop using them if we ask.

12. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maargdarshan AI Private Limited is not liable to you for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost earnings from expected sales, changes to the programme, or downtime. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the commission payable to you in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Governing law & contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hazaribagh, Jharkhand have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions about the programme, your balance, or a payment go to support@maargdarshan.ai.
